TIQUER – Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged or defective.
We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship all products. Each item is printed specifically for you at the time your order is placed.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection,
- color or design variations within normal POD tolerances,
- buyer’s remorse,
- delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or global supply issues.
Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
This “all sales are final” policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect:
Email us within 7 days of delivery at ti@tiquer.com with:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue, and
- clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the defect is verified, we will:
- replace the item at no cost, or
- issue a refund to your original payment method.
We may ask that you return the defective item depending on the issue and Printful’s requirements.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark early.
- Check with neighbors/buildings/management.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- If still not found, email us at support@tiquer.com.
We will work with you and our fulfillment partner to determine the best next step.
4. Wrong Address
If you enter an incorrect address at checkout:
- We are not responsible for lost packages.
- If the package is returned to the sender, we can reship it to a corrected address at your cost.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only) will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer size or preference-based exchanges.
7. EU, UK, and International Customers
Refunds or returns may be available only as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer law, which may apply notwithstanding the “all sales are final” policy above. Where such laws apply, we will comply with mandatory obligations.
